1. What does your products actually include?
Our study guides are developed to ensure the best possible opportunity to pass the certification exams the first time. Each certification authority (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) clearly indicates what skills are being measured on their web sites for each test that is administered. We develop concepts to focus learning in these areas. Our study guides contain key points to reinforce these required skills. Most important, there is an explanation of the key concepts you need to know for the exams. There is a series of questions and answers which are very similar to the real test style. These questions were compiled in such a manner that WE GUARANTEE YOU WILL PASS the exam!!! The number of questions included in each study guide will vary depending on the specific exam it was created for. Generally, the study guides contain 200-1000 questions.

2. How often do you update your products? How could I get the updates of the products?
Our study guides are reviewed and updated on a continual basis. The certification authorities often change the skills being measured on the exams, so we frequently change our guides, usually monthly, to reflect these new skills. You would receive free update for each product you have ordered for 1 year. Our Customers will receive Automatic Updates Notification via Email.

3. How can I believe the quality of your products?
We have sample questions and answers published on our website to download for free. You can read them and judge by yourself.

4. How do you deliver the products? How soon can I receive my order?
You will receive an email with a link to download our product online shortly after you finish the order processing. Due to the processing issue, you will recieve the confirmation email with download link within 5 hours after purchasing. Within-24-hours response is our service standard. If you don't receive any response within 48 hours, it is most probable that your email account does not work properly. Please send us another email with a new email address. If you don't receive the product you ordered within 48 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will resend the product link again. Otherwise we just assume that you have already received it. We don't take any further responsibility for the future debate about the delivery of any product.

5. Will my Credit Card Information be secure if I place an order at your site?
Absolutely. Security of our customers' confidential information is of utmost importance to us. We therefore use a trusted third party vendor, PayPal which is world No.1 Credit Card Processing Company. We have been on the internet all time using their secure processing system. All of your credit card information is processed through them on their secure network. We never see any of your confidential information and no confidential information about you will ever be stored anywhere on our server.

6. When I try to open the Exam Study Guide that I bought, I get an error message that states: "There was an error opening this document. The viewer cannot decrypt the document". Is there something wrong with this particular file?
This error message is displayed when you use an older version of Acrobat Reader to open a document that has been encoded with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. All of our Exam Study Guides are encoded with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. Some of the older versions of Acrobat Reader are not compatible with the new features in the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. You must download Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 to open our Study Guides. You can download a free version Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 from Adobe.

7. I would like to order one of your bundles, but I'm afraid some may become outdated before I get a chance to take the exams?
For our discounted bundles, EliteCertify offers free updates for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
When you're ready to take an exam, contact us via online trouble ticket system. We will verify if there have been any updates to your study guides. If updates have been made within 12 months of your purchase date, you will be notified and receive the updated study guide free of charge.

8. Will you provide study guides for an exam not in your product list?
If there is a study guide(s) you are interested in that is not in our product list, this means we don't have it right now. However we strongly encourage your suggestions which will help us best understand the needs of our customers and provide a better service as a result. Please email webmaster@EliteCertify.com and we will consider your suggestions.

9. What does your Q&A with explanations entail?
Our Q&A with explanations contains simulated exam questions with the most accurate answers. Each answer is thoroughly explained, including the incorrect answers. With our Q&A you should be able to pass the certification exam at your first attempt.

10. I am having trouble downloading. What can I do?
Most downloading problems have been the result of heavy Internet traffic or Internet Explorer issues. If you are accessing between 1-4 pm Monday through Friday, please try a little later or earlier in the day.
If your download is cutting off, it could be an Internet Explorer issue. Select Tools, Internet Options..., General tab, Temporary Internet files frame. Click Delete files..., OK. Click Settings... and make sure that the Temporary Internt files folder is allocated at least 50 MB.

11. What is Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT)?
Computer Adaptive Testing allows users to have an adaptive testing experience in which the exam delivers items based on the response to the previous item. EliteCertify products are by default in the standard testing mode, not in CAT mode. Users should be prepared for every possible topic and should use the standard test delivery mode as the primary means of preparation. CAT should be used as a complementary preparation method. 12. What is the EliteCertify Personal Privacy Policy?
EliteCertify and its Staff feel very strongly about protecting our customers privacy. All personal and ordering information will be encrypted when transmitted over the public Internet. For your protection against credit card fraud, EliteCertify will NOT record or store your credit card account number on our servers.

13. I would like share my practice test with my friend at work, how do I do this?
Under your single computer license agreement, you can not make copies or otherwise share your license with others.

14. What is the ordering process?
The ordering process is classified into the following steps:
1) First, you can visit our various product listings and add the exams that you want to purchase to your shopping cart.
2) Once you have finished adding products to your shopping cart, you may click the remove button if you do not desire to purchase any certain product.
3) You may also wish to clear the shopping cart totally by clicking the Clear Shopping Cart button.
4) Once you are certain about the products that you want to buy & have them all in your shopping cart, simply click on "Checkout" button.
5) You will now be taken to a 128-bit SSL secured web page of our payment gateway (PayPal.com).
6) Here, you will have to provide your personal details and credit card details.
7) Once you have filledup the form here, click on the Complete Order Now button.
8) If your order is verified, your credit card will be charged and you will be given an order number. Please note this order number carefully.
9) You will now be asked to complete the order and notify EliteCertify.com of the order.
10) After your order has been approved(just a few hours later,not more than 24 hours), EliteCertify will send the product or download instructions to your Mailbox.

15. How can I tell if my order was processed?
An automatic confirmation will be sent to the email address provided with your order. This email confirms that the order has been processed successfully and gives details of your order.

16. What do I do if I received a declined message after ordering?
Don't worry about it. If your order failed, you'll not be charged. We suggest that you reorder the corresponding products.
