	Associate Content and Web Developer A significant part of this position includes technical writing for content creation of EliteCertify products. Position also involves Web programming for dynamic, eCommerce Internet site and company intranet development.
Also includes support for company MIS issues. Duties: Development of content for EliteCertify exam guide products. Participation in the language and technical editing process of product development. Maintenance and enhancement eCommerce Web site. Ongoing support of marketing eCommerce efforts, such as special offers and customer relationship development. Development of intranet Web applications. Skills and Educational Requirements: Excellent writing and grammatical skills required. Significant experience with Microsoft Web technologies, including ASP, VBScript, MS SQL Server 7.0 or higher. Site Server Commerce, JavaScript, DHTML, XML, ASP .Net, C# experience preferred. Flash experience helpful. Experience with Great Plains software helpful. Four-year degree in Computer Science or MIS strongly preferred (GPA 3.2 or better). Working Conditions: Web development is a high-energy, idea-generating area; flexibility in schedule may be required to meet deadlines. Billing and Administration Coordinator Performs basic accounting functions including returns processing. Acts as backup for accounts payable and accounts receivable, and performs other accounting tasks as needed. Assists the CEO, President, HR Director and administration team as needed. Duties: Handles returns, credits, exchanges and other billing functions at direction of VP Finance. Responsible for answering customer e-mails sent to the Return e-mail inbox. Handles credit card chargebacks and retrievals. Monitors credit card receivables on daily basis in tandem with Accounting Manager. Acts as backup for accounts payable functions at direction of VP Finance. Assists Facilities/Administrative Manager and HR Director in a variety of duties. Acts as a backup receptionist for guests and visitors. Skills and Requirements: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook required. College degree strongly preferred. Prefer exposure to Accounting and Accounting Systems in previous work experience. Needed Attributes: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Comfortable working in a team environment. Willing to challenge other team members on return and chargeback issues. Confident in dealing with return/refund issues, as well as collection issues. Able to multi-task. Able to function well in team and individual settings with only general supervision and management. Adaptable and flexible with changing work requirements and responsibilities. Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Technical Editor Performs duties that include proofreading, basic technical screening, and citation checking of content developed for EliteCertify products. Duties: Reading and correcting documents for grammatical structure, sentence syntax, punctuation, and logical sense Understanding and being able to apply internal guidelines to the editing process Skills and educational requirements: Strong analytical ability Effective communication ability Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, MIS, or English degrees preferred (GPA 3.2 or better) Intermediate computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Word and other Microsoft products Attributes: Detail-oriented Eagerness to learn and expand knowledge Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team environment Strong aptitude for problem-solving Microsoft certifications are a plus Marketing Manager The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of marketing communications in accordance with the marketing strategy. Duties: Assist with the development of marketing plans and programs. Coordinate execution of all direct mail, e-mail marketing, and print advertising campaign activities insuring timely implementation according to the marketing plan. Coordinate the creation and production of sales, marketing, and/or packaging materials. Create, compile and produce various reports for use in evaluating and/or managing projects. Identify areas of weakness in sales of products and develop programs to target those issues. Determine effectiveness of marketing programs and make recommendations. Write and edit copy for direct mail, e-mail, marketing brochures, etc... Collect and analyze market research information on an ongoing basis to quantify market outlook and competitive position. Manage and coordinate activities in EliteCertify's affiliate programs. Skills and educational requirements: Proven business judgement - the ability to prioritize and solve problems. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Minimum 3 years of marketing project management experience, including direct or online marketing experience. College degree required; MBA in marketing preferred. Ability to take general direction/concepts and manage complex projects within deadlines. Ability to evaluate creative product in a logical, concise and deliberate manner. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Access, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
